On your old computer, right click True Launch Bar and select TLB Settings..., go to Options page and click Backup link. Follow the Backup wisard steps and save the toolbar backup file on removable disk source like: floppy disk, CD, or a thumbdrive. Then on the new computer, download and install True Launch Bar, then right click True Launch Bar, go to the Options page and click the Restore link. Locate the backup file you just saved to the removable disk source.

Note: You must install True Launch Bar and plugins on new computer before restoring.
