Command Line plugin allow you to execute any command by typing it on keyboard. Command Line can replace the Run dialog from standard Start menu. But using Command Line plugin you can create your own aliases for complex commands. Also using this plugin you can easy search anything over Internet. Command line supports skins and auto-complete. Also you can place this plugin into menu and access command line using hotkey.

Note: Command Line plugin can be used only with TLB version 2.2.0.7 and newer.

How to use Internet Search

Open properties of the Command Line and click on the Search tab at the left side:

You will see the list of predefined search engines with Name and Prefix. Remember the prefix of needed search engine and type query in the command line:

<prefix><space><query>

So to open web browser and search anything about True Launch Bar using Google just type:

g "true launch bar"

Also you can easy change or add new search engines into Command Line.

How to use aliases

Open properties of the Command Line and click on the Aliases tab at the left side:

Now press New button, enter alias and command line. Now when you type alias in the command line the corresponding command will be executed.

Using aliases with parameters

To use aliases with parameters use %n notation in command string of alias:

Alias: ping
Command string: ping -t %1

In this example the you can use "ping" with any othe parameters.
