With Service Pack 2 Windows XP can show alerts during downloading and installation True Launch Bar.

When you click the donwload link Windows XP will show this alert:

Click Save or Run button.

When you try to run downloaded file Windows XP will show this alert:

Ignore this message and press "Run" button to install True Launch Bar.
