Impossible to open True Launch Bar on Windows 7
Windows 7 have one more problem. Sometime when you right-click select Toolbars and click "True Launch Bar..." you don't get TLB. The solution: right-click the taskbar, select Properties, then click the "Toolbars" tab and select "True Launch Bar...". When you click OK, TLB must to appear.
