tlbdata.xml contains the items layout and menu options. This files is created by True Launch Bar in every subfolder in the toolbar folder. If you delete this file then TLB will lost the options, items position and separators in the menu or toolbar. If you need to reset menus or toolbar into the default state - the deleting of the tlbdata.xml files is the faster way to do this. You have to refresh the toolbar/menu after deleting tlbdata.xml «back
