I don't think it needs a video. In the screenshot RRR and PBS are shortcuts to .m3u playlists. I used TLB to change the button icons to images I found on the web and then ran easytile.
The Google Chrome icon is just the standard chrome icon. I set the icon size to 7 to get the oversized effect. See the thread for all special icon sizes or use a true icon size.

You have to use easytile.
1. Create a shortcut in a menu.
2. Right click it choose easyTile
To use a different icon:
3. Change the icon for the shortcut or using TLB.
4. Right click the button and run easyTile again.

Caption font is Segoe UI Light or Semi Light. Can't remember the font size but it's about 21pt. Use your favorite graphics editor to modify any of the skin images.

I used easytile for the tiles (with a clear background). All other images and text I created with greenfish icon editor - it's easy to use. I sometimes use gimp too - it renders fonts better than greenfish.
